1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Donum AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Donum AI is an AI-powered fitness tracking and coaching platform that helps users:

• Track strength and performance progress over time

• Receive AI-generated fitness guidance and training recommendations

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4. User Accounts

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans: Donum AI offers subscription-based access to premium features.

Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods

• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@donumsport.com within 7 days of the charge

• We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

Free Trial (if applicable): If we offer a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Share your account credentials with others

• Upload malicious code or interfere with Service functionality

Our Content: All content on the Donum AI platform — including the brand, logo, design, AI coaching responses, and platform features — is the property of Donum AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the workout data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Donum AI provides AI-generated fitness guidance and workout tracking tools for informational and motivational purposes only.

• Donum AI is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice

• AI-generated training recommendations are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional or certified personal trainer

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns

• You assume full responsibility for your use of any training recommendations provided by the Service

• Donum AI is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the Service or implementation of any fitness recommendations

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Donum AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Service:
